Cancellation Policy

Terms of Service: Payment and Cancellation Payment Due Date: The final payment for the charter must be received no later than 48 hours preceding the confirmed booking time. To complete your booking, please remit the remaining balance using this link: [Insert Payment Link Here] Cancellation Window: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled departure will result in the retention of the deposit. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund of the deposit. Inclement Weather Clause: The deposit will be fully refunded if the cruise is canceled by the company due to expected inclement weather that compromises safety. Important Note on Confirmation: Please check your spam or junk folder if you have not received your booking confirmation or payment receipts within 24 hours of booking. *Please note that a waiver must be completed by all participants in the group after booking to ensure a safe and enjoyable journey for all guest.
